Child safety standards
Last updated: 19 October 2026
Pinesky is an app by PineLabs - Kamil Sosna, Poland, for meeting people through shared activities. We do not tolerate child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on Pinesky in any form.
1. Pinesky is for adults
Pinesky is only for people aged 18 and over. Accounts belonging to anyone younger are not allowed, and we close them as soon as we learn of them.
2. What is prohibited
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, including drawn, animated or AI-generated material.
- Sexualising minors, and any sexual content involving someone under 18.
- Grooming: contacting a minor to gain their trust for sexual purposes, or arranging to meet a minor for such purposes.
- Sextortion, and the trafficking or exploitation of minors in any form.
- Sharing, requesting or promoting any of the above, including links to it.
3. How to report
- In the app: tap Report on a person's profile, on an event, or in a chat's details, and choose Underage user or Safety concern. You can describe what happened before sending.
- By email: write to [email protected] with "Child safety" in the subject.
If a child is in immediate danger, call 112.
4. What we do
- We review every child safety report as a priority.
- We remove the content and close the accounts involved.
- We preserve the information the law requires, and report child sexual abuse material to Dyżurnet.pl (NASK), Poland's hotline for illegal content online, and to the police.
- We cooperate with law enforcement in their investigations.
5. Contact
Our designated contact for child safety is [email protected].
