1. Who we are

2. What we collect

When you join the waitlist through our registration form, we collect:

• Email address (required)
• First name, year of birth, gender, platform preference (iOS/Android), interests, and preferred languages (all optional)
• Your IP address, used only to prevent spam/abuse of the signup form

3. Why we collect it

We use this information to notify you when Pinesky launches, to understand demand for each platform, and to tailor early communication about the app. The legal basis for processing is your consent, given by submitting the form.

4. Who has access

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase and processed by our backend server. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers. It is only accessible to PineLabs - Kamil Sosna and the infrastructure providers (Supabase, Google Cloud) that host our systems, acting as data processors on our behalf.

5. How long we keep it

We retain waitlist data for up to 24 months after you sign up, or until you withdraw your consent, whichever comes first, after which it is deleted unless you become a registered user of the app.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Withdraw your consent at any time
• Restrict or object to processing, and request data portability
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

7. No automated decisions

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects.
